hé míng wáng （王河明）. mecha pilot/pop idol based in asia on a futuristic earth (2032) slowly being overrun by aliens. shoots a lot of things. eventually makes a deal with the elder gods behind said alien invasion under the mistaken assumption that he's the hero of this story. he isn't. he soon dies.
mostly sweet, overfriendly, and not the sharpest tool in the shed (see: deal with the elder gods).
*after his death, he is partially resurrected by said elder gods and used in the battle to take over earth.
