There's a mess on the floor now. He Ming decides it can be cleaned up later. For now, he pats the Growlithe's head, scratching behind its ears to calm it while lifting its tail to see where the Pokemon is joined to Ilima's body.

As long as nothing goes wrong in the next fifteen minutes or so, He Ming thinks this breeding should take. The Growlithe will stay knotted inside of him for about that long.

He makes no mention of this to Ilima, however. Now that the first experiment is in progress, he doesn't see the need to explain the process to his new subject.
