Ilima doesn't move, though he flinches after the needle is pushed through. The pain is intense and sharp, but it isn't so bad after the initial shock. It feels sore, and he has to wipe at his eyes due to the pain, but he'll be fine. He breathes out once he collects himself, handling it well for the most part. At least he didn't scream or cry too much. Just a little tear-up.
