Looks like this might work out after all. He Ming smiles up at him, leaning into his hand, and starts the movie.

It doesn't exactly set the mood. There are definitely a lot of explosions and within the first ten minutes the protagonist has already killed someone and delivered a one-liner. It just makes He Ming laugh, though, easily entertained as he is, and he continues to lean against Akihiro. Eventually one arm comes up to encircle his waist so that he's definitely snuggled against his side in an intimate manner.
